Happy St. Patrick’s Day and think ahead.

On this March 17th I am reminded about the joys of comradery and the importance of celebrating our heritage, no matter what background and tradition we spring from. Recently I have been involved in cases in Washington County Vermont where opposing parties have waited until the last moment before trial to hire attorneys and then hoped to get continuances. Thankfully, the judges involved in these recent cases have denied the continuances and allowed the other party (my clients) to move their cases forward without further delay. All too true that justice delayed is often justice denied. peace, aj
